Payments are processed by DodoPayments, our payment processor. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

  • 10-Pack ($19): Ten communication generations, any type except force majeure
  • Unlimited 30 Days ($49): Unlimited generations for 30 days, any type except force majeure
  • Force Majeure Notice ($129): Single premium force majeure notice generation

6. Intellectual Property

Generated communications are provided for your use. You may use, modify, and distribute the generated content for your business purposes. The FormalDraft brand, website design, and underlying technology remain our intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FormalDraft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
